Formulation 1: An ethyl acetate solution containing a 40% (mass) polymer, made of 97% (mass) acrylic acid-2-ethylhexyl ester and 3% (mass) acrylic acid, adding 1% (mass) isocyanate-based crosslinking agent to the solution and applying the mixture to an aluminum-deposited polyester film. The formed material is dried at 100 ℃ for 2min to make adhesive tape with an adhesive layer thickness of 30 μm. Moreover, the adhesive layer is impregnated with allyl isothiocyanate stock solution at room temperature to make an adhesive tape with 10% (mass) allyl isothiocyanate in the adhesive. On one side, an aluminum-deposited polyester film treated with siloxane is laminated onto an adhesive tape to provide an adhesive article with a slow-release film on its surface.
Formula 2: Toluene is dissolved in parts by mass of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, 60 parts by mass of liquid alkane and 150 parts by mass of tackifier, and the formed solution is deposited on the polyester film of aluminum. After drying at 100 ℃ for 2min, an adhesive tape is made with an adhesive layer thickness of 30 μm. Moreover, the adhesive layer is impregnated with allyl isothiocyanate stock solution at room temperature to produce an adhesive tape containing 5% (mass) allyl isothiocyanate. One side of the deposited aluminum polyester film treated with silane is laminated to the adhesive tape to provide an adhesive article with a release film on its surface.
